Art Aesthetica offers cutting-edge treatments that enhance your health, appearance, and overall well-being. Utilizing the powerful coenzyme Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD+), our therapy aims to repair cellular damage, improve neurotransmitter function, and rejuvenate your body from the inside out.

What is NAD+ Infusion?

Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide is a form of Vitamin B3 found in the mitochondria of all living cells. This coenzyme is heavily involved in DNA repair and cellular remodeling; it has been known to “turn off” genes that accelerate degenerative aging. It is also essential for maintaining neurotransmitter levels for proper brain functioning.

As we age, our NAD levels decrease, making it less possible for us to repair cellular damage. We begin to lose energy, appear older, and have decreased brain function. NAD+ plays a significant role in anti-aging. With NAD+ IV therapy, the molecule works rapidly to repair cells throughout the body and neurons in the brain.

Benefits of the NAD+ Infusion

  • Increase energy levels
  • Enhance mood & mental clarity
  • Reverse the visible effects of aging
  • Reduce fatigue
  • Restore muscle function and athletic performance
  • Restore brain chemistry and neurotransmitter function
  • Prevent & correct damage to DNA
  • Regulate inflammation that damages DNA
  • Improve physical appearance, health, and quality of life

What to Expect During Treatment

When you schedule an appointment for NAD+ IV therapy, it’s important to allocate sufficient time for the drip, particularly during your first visit. We recommend setting aside approximately four hours.

NAD+ IV therapy is typically administered over a slow drip rate, especially for first-time patients, with the infusion taking up to four hours. However, many patients require less time, particularly for subsequent infusions. Side effects, if any, are generally related to the infusion rate and are not commonly experienced after the treatment.

The recommended regimen begins with a loading phase of one infusion per week for four weeks for optimal anti-aging and energy restoration results. This is followed by a booster infusion one month later and a maintenance IV infusion every 3-6 months or as needed.

Best results have been observed when IV Vitamins & Glutathione are administered on alternate days from NAD+ infusions. Depending on your specific needs and with your provider’s clearance, the frequency of infusions can be increased, but there should be a minimum interval of three days between sessions.

After IV Therapy

Most side effects are directly related to the speed at which the IV is infused at the time of the infusion. They can be relieved by slowing down the infusion. Side effects lessen with subsequent infusions but can include:

  • Headache or fullness/pressure in the head
  • Chest tightness
  • Anxiety feeling
  • Severe nausea/abdominal cramping

After completing NAD+ IV therapy, many patients experience noticeable benefits, including:

  1. Improved mental clarity
  2. Enhanced energy levels

While some effects may be felt immediately, they become more pronounced after 3-4 infusions as the body fully responds to the therapy. The NAD+ Drip is administered over several hours, and for optimal results, it is recommended to complete a series of four NAD+ IV drips. This therapy is particularly beneficial for those seeking anti-aging effects and a “brain reboot.”

How is NAD+ infusion administered?

NAD+ infusions are administered intravenously, allowing the coenzyme to be absorbed directly into the bloodstream. This method bypasses the digestive system for more effective results supporting cellular function and energy production.

How long does a typical NAD+ infusion session last?

A typical NAD+ infusion session lasts 2–4 hours, depending on the dosage; the infusion is slow to minimize discomfort and ensure optimal absorption.

What does NAD+ stand for and what does it do?

NAD+ stands for nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, a coenzyme found in all living cells. It plays a vital role in energy metabolism, DNA repair, and cellular regeneration, helping to combat aging, enhance mental clarity, and support overall health.

How often should I get an NAD+ infusion?

Most Chicago patients benefit from weekly sessions during initial treatments and monthly maintenance infusions depending on individual health goals and needs

What conditions can NAD+ infusions potentially help with?

NAD+ infusions may help with conditions like chronic fatigue, addiction recovery, depression, cognitive decline, and aging-related issues.
